It looks like I can’t deny it any longer – winter is coming. The first snowfall today is certainly an indication of that. I guess it is time to put the flip flops away and embrace the season change. November has been a busy month at the Ekahi Center. We have been running sold-out workshops with Naresh and Shirley and have a couple of more great ones still to come this month (see under Seminars and Events).
We are nearing the end of our eight week (weekends) yoga teacher training. The feedback from the students is really positive. We are offering three more teacher training sessions this spring. We are offering another weekend format starting in February and also two intensive formats (two weeks). The training is really in-depth and is not just for those wanting to become teachers but anybody who wants to learn more about the human body and yoga. Sign-up now and get the early bird rate. Click on the Teacher Training button on the website.
The other exciting thing happening at the Ekahi Center is welcoming our new manager Azaria! Her first full week was last week and already she is making a big impression on everyone. Her lovely energy is already infusing the studio. You will see Azaria most days and evenings during the week. Come in and say “Hi” to her and you will see what we mean by her great energy. Azaria is also excited to be leading some great workshops – stay tuned for those.
Have a great day,
